SmoothyPrime provides elopement photography and videography services based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

SmoothyPrime offers:

  • Elopement photography and videography packages

  • Planning guidance and resources

  • Digital content delivery (photos, videos, galleries)

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A retainer fee (typically 30%) is required to secure your date

  • The remaining balance is due before your scheduled elopement date

  • Dates are not held without a retainer

All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability

  • Requests must be made in writing

In rare cases where SmoothyPrime must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Obtain any necessary permits or permissions

  • Follow location rules and local regulations

SmoothyPrime is not responsible for issues caused by delays, restrictions, or third-party interference.

6. Creative Rights & Usage

All photos and videos created by SmoothyPrime remain the intellectual property of SmoothyPrime.

Clients receive:

  • Personal use rights

  • The ability to share, print, and post content

SmoothyPrime may use images and videos for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Marketing purposes

If you prefer privacy, please request this in writing before your session.

7. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines vary by package:

  • Effortless: ~24 hours

  • VIP: ~48 hours

  • Luxe: as outlined in package details

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmoothyPrime is not liable for:

  • Weather conditions

  • Acts of nature

  • Venue restrictions

  • Lost opportunities due to delays outside our control

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with site functionality

All content is owned by SmoothyPrime unless otherwise stated.
