Refund & Rescheduling Policy 

1. Retainer (Booking Fee)

A non-refundable retainer (typically 30%) is required to secure your date

This retainer guarantees your time, planning, and availability

Once paid, your date is exclusively reserved and no longer available to other couples

👉 Because of this, retainers are non-refundable under all circumstance

2. Payments & Refunds

All payments made are non-refundable

SmoothyPrime does not offer refunds for:

Change of plans

Travel issues

Weather conditions

Personal circumstances

By booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that flexibility matters for elopements.

Rescheduling is allowed under the following conditions:

Requests must be made in writing

Your new date must be within 6 months of the original date

The new date must be available

If these conditions are met:

Your retainer will be applied to the new date

No additional fee will be charged for the first reschedule

4. Additional Reschedules

One reschedule is included

Additional reschedules may incur a $150 rescheduling fee

Availability is not guaranteed

5. Same-Day Changes & Delays

Coverage time begins at the scheduled start time

Delays caused by the client (late arrival, logistics, etc.) may reduce coverage time

Additional time may be added if available at an hourly rate

6. Weather Policy

Elopements often embrace natural conditions.

Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions

Alternative covered locations may be suggested

Weather-related rescheduling follows the standard rescheduling policy

7. Cancellation by SmoothyPrime

In the rare event SmoothyPrime must cancel due to:

Emergency

Illness

Unforeseen circumstances

You will receive:

A full refund, including retainer

Assistance in finding a replacement (if possible)

8. Force Majeure

SmoothyPrime is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Venue closures

Events beyond reasonable control

Rescheduling will be offered when possible.

9. Agreement

By booking SmoothyPrime, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
